Versiclear Lotion Prescribing Information
Contains Sodium Thiosulfate 25%, salicylic acid 1%, isopropyl alcohol 10%, propylene glycol, menthol, edetate disodium, colloidal alumina, and purified water.
Indications For topical use in the treatment of tinea versicolor (Malassezia furfur infection).
Directions Throughly wash, rinse and dry the affected areas before application of medication. Apply a
thin film of lotion to all affected areas and other susceptible areas twice a day or as
directed by a physician. Although diagnostic evidence of the disease may disappear in a
few days, it is advisable to continue treatment for a much longer period.
Precautions If signs of irritation or sensitivity develop, discontinue use. Do not use on or about the eyes.
Warning Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center immediately.
Shake Well Store at controlled room temperature
